Although we have some experience of Linux and the various distributions available, we are unable to provide you with support at present for installing and using our disks.
We would suggest you always back up important data before proceeding.
There is a wealth of information and help available on most install disks and the Internet, please see our links page.
Remember you have not paid for any user support, so please don't go e-mailing the various organisations who provide these Linux distributions. They will not be happy.
If you feel you want lots of support, order your distribution from the supplier themselves, at full supported cost.
Note:
If your machine is having trouble booting from the install disk, see the CD-R's we use
and you have set your machine to boot from CD Rom, you may have a CD which is faulty. While this is very unlikely as we check each disk before despatch, if you feel you have a faulty disk, please return them within 30 days for a replacement or full refund, less postage.
